The M in Stamina Summary

Simon Elegant wrote this article on Feb. 22,2010. He wrote it because he saw there is a fairly sharp increase in tension among staff at Beijing's hippest new eatry, Capital M, where Michelle Garnaut, who is Australian, has been a groundbreaker for independent Western dining in China and she is not letting up. Maybe this happened in 20 years ago. Her first establishment is Hong Kong's M at the Fringe. Also we can see two establishments M on the bund and the Glamour bar. The location of it is in Beijing's Qianmen project, an area of shops, hotels and restaurants. She faced two huge problems in her project. The first is the location which took seven years to find and the second is a plan to open before the 2008 Olympics had been frustrated by the delay in the Qianmen's construction. In the words of the famous exprenion" The restaurant business is difficult anywhere ". Today as we can see the Capital M without question is one of the essential spots for visitors to Beijing and its initial teething problems are seemingly solved. Finally, she is thinking about future projects in China.

Main idea
Author wanted to show us that if you want to open a restaurant does not believe that he has so ease you must work hard and bear the difficulties to experience .also has shown the most important points that had faced.

My opinoin
I think that if you'd like to open a restaurant you should ask those who have more experience in this area and it does not depend on your own thoughts. Before I advise you to open to see any kind of restaurant people need.
